Thanks for choosing One Source. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), which contain important information about your relationship with One Source. You will become bound by these provisions once you accept these T&Cs.
WHO IS THIS AGREEMENT WITH?
These T&Cs are an agreement between you and us, One Source.
HOW DO I ACCEPT THESE T&Cs?
You accept these T&Cs by doing any of the following things:
giving us a written or electronic signature or confirmation, or telling us orally that you accept;
activating, using or paying for the Service.
When you accept, that you are able to enter into a contract. If you accept for an organization, you’re telling us that you are authorized to bind that organization, and references to “you” in these T&Cs may mean the organization.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
In these T&Cs, you’ll find important information about:
One Source services provided to you (“Service”);
WHAT IS A LEAD PLAN?
Your “Lead Plan” includes your Service allotments for leads. One Source may introduce access to new technologies, features, or services that you can add for an additional charge.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR USE OF THE SERVICES?
You agree to pay all Charges we assess and bill you. You will receive an electronic (paperless) bill. Your One Source prepaid Service account balance, if sufficient, or your active prepaid plan, gives you access to our prepaid Service for a limited amount of time; you must use your prepaid Service during the designated period of availability. To use our prepaid Service you must have a One Source prepaid Service account balance for pay as you go service or be on an active prepaid plan. Service will be suspended when your account balance reaches zero. If you do not have a sufficient One Source prepaid Service account balance, your prepaid Service will be suspended. If you do not reinstate prepaid Service within the required period based upon your service plan, your lead plan will be reallocated to the next paying customer on our waiting list. Prepaid Service is non-refundable, and no refunds or other compensation will be given for unused lead balances. All sales are final.
Pausing Service. Unused Lead Plan allotments expire after (90) days. Reactivation of service is subject to availability.
Other Fees. We may charge activation, prepayment, reactivation, program, or other fees to establish, change, or maintain Services, Certain transactions may also be subject to a charge (for example, convenience payment, etc.).
PROHIBITED USES FOR THE SERVICES?
Our leads are a shared resource, which we manage for the benefit of all of our customers. Certain activities and uses of our Services are prohibited. Here are examples of prohibited uses.
You are not permitted to use the Services in a way that we determine:
- Misuses the Service, including “spamming” or sending abusive, unsolicited, or other mass automated communications;
- Resells the Service, either alone or as part of any other good or service;
- Shares the Service, either alone or as part of any other good or service;
- Is not in accordance with these T&Cs;
- or Attempts or assists or facilitates anyone else in any of the above activities.
